JFC Innovation Awards 2009- Glenfin Receives Highly Commended Business Award

The All Ireland finalists for the 2009  “JFC Innovation Awards for Rural Business” was announced in March 09. The awards were organised by Teagasc, The Irish Farmers' Journal and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Northern Ireland. 

The finale awards event took place on Tuesday March 10th 2009 at the Mullingar Park Hotel, where Glenfin received an award for Highly Commended Business.  

Paul Mc Carthy, is rural business specialist with Teagasc. He said the award judges were very impressed with Brian's idea, especially with the presentation of the project to the judges in Enniskillen.
