THOUSAND YEAR OLD GLENFIN DUCK EGGS

INGREDIENTS

1 Doz Glenfin Duck Eggs

½ Litre Strong Chinese Tea

120gms Sea Salt

250gms Pine Wood Ashes

250gms Charcoal Ashes

250gms Wood Ashes

125gms Lime (quick lime available in the garden centre)

 

METHOD

Mix the tea and all the dry ingredients together to make a paste.

Coat each duck egg with the mixture and lay on a bed of soil.
When all done, cover with more soil and leave in a cool dry place for

100 days.
