POACHED EGG ON BUTTERED TOAST

1 Glenfin Duck Egg
4oz butter
1 slice toast
pinch salt
 
Serves:1
Cooking Time: 3 minutes 
Ingredients:
Fill pot with boiling water from kettle, stir water, put a pinch salt in water, break 1 egg into water, after 3 minutes take out with large spoon. put on buttered toast, enjoy!
