BOILED GLENFIN DUCK EGGS

INGREDIENTS

2 Glenfin Duck Eggs

 

METHOD

Remove the duck eggs from the fridge 30 minutes before use and 

pop them into tepid water.

Bring to the boil enough unsalted water to cover the duck eggs.

Take the duck eggs from the tepid water and gently lower them into the boiling water and bring back to the boil.

Let boil for 3½  minutes and remove.

Top and eat immediately with sea salt.

If you want harder boiled eggs let them cook for 5 to 6 mins.
