PUB STYLE PICKLED GLENFIN DUCK EGGS

 

INGREDIENTS

1 Doz Hard Boiled Glenfin Duck Eggs

1 Litre Malt Vinegar

1 T/Spoon Dried Chilli Flakes

10 White Pepper Corns

10 Whole Cloves

2 Cinnamon Sticks

10 Allspice Berries

 

METHOD

In a pot bring all the ingredients, except the hard boiled duck eggs, to the boil, let simmer gently for 10 minutes. 


Peel the hard boiled duck eggs and place the in a clean, sealable, jar that has been rinsed with boiling water.

Let the vinegar mixture cool and pour over the duck eggs, making sure that the duck eggs are completely covered.

Keep in a cool dry place for 2 weeks and use.
